2020 End of Year Trade Shows!
The end of the year trade shows are complete! SIXIN participated in 3 major exhibitions in China for PCB, Paints and Coatings, and Construction. We were able to show off some of our new technologies, engage with our distribution partners and end users, build new relationships, and promote our 2021 line of sustainably created defoamers. SIXIN Completes HPC 420 Audit for Powder Antifoam!
Continuous improvement is at the heart of SIXIN. This year we took on a project to become certified through iCompliance to produce our powder antifoam for home care according to HPC 420 standards. We are happy to share with you the certificate of completion and to demonstrate the standards which we hold ourselves to to insure that our customers get the products they need. Thank you to all of those on our team involved in the preparation, audit, and documentation which allowed our success. Keep up the good work!

SIXIN Replaces Multinational Antifoam Brand in Fabric Softener - August 2020
As many of you may know, SIXIN offers a diverse line of off the shelf products which are suitable for a wide range of applications. What really sets SIXIN apart from our competitors is our ability to collaborate and design products that meet the needs of specific industries and application in specific regions of the world. One such project was brought to us by a growing home care products producer that was interested in lower cost antifoam that could be distributed through a local supplier. SIXIN was up to the challenge.
With the help of the producer, we worked to tailor a specific silicone product to their fabric softener which would meet the stability and performance requirements outlined by the customer. SIXIN’s R&D team qualified a product internally and sent samples to the producer for their lab evaluation.
After completing the internal analysis and compatibility studies, the producer confirmed that the:
“SIXIN antifoam sample foam height level is less as compared to the standard and the defoaming rate is also improved compared to the standard. Antifoam from SIXIN showed better performance than the current approved standard product.”

Yangzhou SIXIN Strategy Communication and Team Building Seminar
Our Plant Director Ken Maher, along with our company founder William Tsao, hosted a Strategy Communication and Team Building Seminar at our Yangzhou SIXIN factory this past week. The success and quality of our products depends on the dedicated staff who can efficiency manufacture, package, and ship our defoamers in a timely manner. Hosting this event helps to ensure that all staff are informed of regulatory changes, build relationships with one another, and ingrain safe and efficient manufacturing practices.
